MAT
What is MAT?
Management Aptitude Test or MAT is a national-level exam conducted by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admissions to MBA/PGDM courses.
The exam is conducted four times in a year, each in February, May, September and December.
Candidates who qualify the exam are eligible for admissions to 800+ B-schools accepting MAT scores.
MAT is conducted in both offline (paper based test) and online (computer based test) modes. Candidates can choose to appear in the exam in any mode as per their preference. For PBT, they can select up to two test cities. Fees, exam pattern and syllabus for both the modes are same while registrations and exam dates are different.

IPMAT
What is IPMAT?
Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore). The national level test is a gateway for admission to the five- year Integrated Program in Management offered at IIM Indore.
IPMAT is a computer-based test mode followed by Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI). The program is spread across a period of five years and consists of 15 terms. Every year constitutes of three terms of three months duration. The final selection of candidates will be based on the Composite Scores (CS) computed on the basis of the following.

IPMAT Eligibility Criteria
General Category
• The candidate should have scored a minimum of 60% in class 10th/SSC and class 12th/ HSC or equivalent examination in the case of General and NC-OBC category
• The candidates must have passed the qualifying examination in present year or two years prior
• Also, the candidate should be of maximum 20 years of age as on July of the year of course.
• The candidate should have scored a minimum of 55% in class 10th/SSC and class 12th/ HSC or equivalent examination in case of SC, ST and PWD (DA) category
State Wise Eligibility Criteria for General and NC/OBC category
• Candidates applying for the exam should have obtained an aggregate of 60% in both class 10th and class 12th or the overall score of SAT1 should be 1600 out of 2400
• Candidates who will be appearing for class 12th examination or are waiting for the results can also apply for the examination
SC, ST and PWD/DA category
• Candidates applying for the exam should have obtained an aggregate of 55% in both class 10th and class 12th or the overall score of SAT1 should be 1475 out of 2400
• Candidates who will be appearing for class 12th examination or are waiting for the results can appear for the examination
• The candidate should not exceed 22 years of age as on July of the course year.

NMIMS - NPAT
(Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies)
What is NMIMS- NPAT?
NMIMS Programs after Twelfth or NPAT is an entrance exam conducted by SVKM’s NMIMS for admission to BBA, BTech, BSc, BCom, BDes, MBA (Technology) and other Integrated course. The different programs is offered by the various schools of NMIMS at Mumbai, Shipur, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Navi Mumbai, Indore and Dhule.
NPAT are held in May over two days across 49 cities throughout the country.
NMIMS- NPAT Eligibility
Candidates willing to appear for NMIMS- NPAT must ensure that they comply with the eligibility criteria of the exams, failing which, the application forms will be rejected by the officials. The eligibility criteria for NMIMS- NPAT has been prescribed by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, the conducting body of the exam.
The candidate applying for the exam must have cleared Class 12 examination or equivalent. Also, this should be inclusive of International Baccalaureate Diploma in any stream. This diploma must be attained from a recognised board at first attempt. Candidates must note that IB Certificate awarded is not eligible.
The candidate must have obtained an aggregate of 60% marks in 10+2 equivalent examination.
It is compulsory for the student to have passed in Mathematics/ Statistics at 10+2 or equivalent exam
Candidates holding IB Diploma will be eligible only if he/she has Mathematics/ Statistics at standard level.
CBSE and ICSE candidates need to mention 10th or equivalent aggregate marks of all the subjects – best of four or five subjects shall not be considered.
Candidates exceeding 25 years of age are not eligible for applying to the exam.
Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from Open or Distance learning (ODL) can also apply for the exam, but the school must be recognized only by National Institute of Open schooling (NIOS)
Candidate who have not been able to clear 10+2 in their first attempt are not eligible for the exam.
Candidates above 25 years of age are not eligible to apply

CMAT
What is CMAT?
CMAT or the Common Management Admission Test is an aptitude test conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBA/PGDM courses in over 1000 B-schools across India. The exam is conducted in online mode and the duration of the exam is three hours and the CMAT question paper consists of 100 questions from Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness. CMAT exam registration begins in November and the exam is conducted in January. CMAT 2021 registration is expected to begin from November 1.

KMAT
What is KMAT Karnataka?
KMAT Karnataka or Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is conducted by Karnataka Post Graduate Private Colleges' Association (KPPGCA) for admissions to Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) courses. More than 170 MBA colleges and over 55 MCA colleges offer admissions on the basis of scores obtained in the KMAT exam.
KMAT 2020: Eligibility Criteria
Earlier, only candidates with Karnataka domicile were eligible to take the KMAT exam. However, 2018 onwards this domicile criterion was removed. Now, as per the new KMAT eligibility criteria, candidates from other states can also appear for the exam. The eligibility criteria mentions the requirements for admissions such as educational qualification, minimum marks, and other details. Karnataka KMAT eligibility is based on the criteria mentioned by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in their guidelines. KMAT eligibility criteria is the same for all participating colleges, however, the colleges may mention additional requirements for final admissions.

Candidates should have completed their graduation in any discipline i.e. Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering / Technology from a recognized college/university
For final admissions, candidates will be considered eligible on the basis of their performance in the KMAT exam, academic record, and relevant subjects
Age limit to appear for KMAT
KPPGCA has not mentioned any age limit for Karnataka KMAT. However, candidates must be at least 21 years old at the time of admission.
Qualifying marks
Candidate must have obtained minimum 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the final year examination of their Bachelor degree
For candidates belonging to SC/ST category, the minimum aggregate required is 45% or equivalent CGPA

XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is national-level management entrance examination conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. Apart from XLRI and 10 other XAMI members, over 700 B-schools accept XAT scores for admission to their post graduate management programmes. What is SNAP?

ATMA
What is ATMA Exam?
ATMA exam for the May session will be conducted in May. AIMS Test for Management Admissions or ATMA is a national-level exam conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS) for admission to MBA, PGDM, MCA and PGDBA courses. The exam is conducted four to five times a year. More than 500 management institutes across India accept ATMA scores for admission to their management programmes.
